self catering per person per night (min 3 night stay)

  • 2 adults    £25/€29
  • 3 adults    £22/€26
  • 4 adults    £20/€23

Children under 2 are free -  age 2 -12  £12/€16 per night
                     (over 12 charged at adult rate)
to simplify our life (and yours we hope!)

  • we charge the same price throughout the year - no
    higher rates at Christmas, Easter, school holidays, bank
    holidays etc
  • we don't insist on a Saturday start date - come
    whenever you wish (subject to availability)
  • we don't have a minimum occupancy
  • we don't charge for children under two
  • we don't ask for a breakables deposit, instead we
    operate an honesty policy
  • a cot is available on request
  • any special requests please mail us and we will see what
    we can do
Book eight nights or more* and receive a 10% discount
              *applies to direct bookings of less than one month
To confirm your booking a
non-refundable deposit of 25%
of the total cost of your holiday
is required. We accept payment
by GB cheque, GB bank transfer
or Paypal (any paypal costs will be extra)
